Article 1: Organization

Article 2: Participants
This free game with no purchase is only open to adults or minor, on the date of the beginning of the game, in metropolitan France (including Corsica).

"The organizer" reserves the right to ask any participant to justify the above described conditions. Anyone not fulfilling these conditions or refusing to justify be excluded from the game and shall in case of winning, receive his prize.
It is allowed only one entry per person (same name, same address). "The organizer" reserves the right to conduct any verification for compliance with this rule.
Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of these rules.
Article 3: How to participate
Participants must return the reply form instead of removing it (retail part of the operation) or return it to the following address:

The answers-newsletters are in the box Treasure Hunters found in stores participating in the operation or are available by mail upon

Participants must fill out completely and correctly the information request form for registration is validated. The player is informed and accepts that the information entered in the registration form are worth proof of its identity.
Any contribution made contrary to the provisions of this Regulation will make the disabled participation. Any participant suspected of fraud will be excluded from the competition on "The organizing" without the latter having to justify. Any identification or incomplete, incorrect or illegible, voluntarily or not, or done in a different form than that provided for in this Regulation shall be null. The same sanctions apply in case of multi-participation.
Article 4: Prizes
Prizes are awarded as follows:
• 1st prize: COOLPIX Waterproof Camera (119€)
• 2nd prize: Kit Adventurer (30€)
• 3rd prize: Travel Diary (15€)
• 4rd prize : Treasure Hunters Company goodies
Total value: 175€ sales taxes incl.
The prize value is determined at the time of writing of this Regulation and can not be the subject of a dispute about their evaluation.
All costs incurred after the game especially for the maintenance and use of these lots are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Article 5: Designation of winners
At the end of the competition, the draw will be conducted on 01/12/2022 at 14:00.
Article 6: Winners Announced
Winners will be notified by e-mail to the address indicated during registration in the competition.
Article 7: Presentation of prizes
The lots will be sent to the postal address indicated by the participants.
If undelivered return, the lot will remain available to the participant for 15 days. After that, it will no longer qualify.
Winners agree to accept the lots as proposed without the possibility of including exchange against cash, other property or services of any kind or transfer of the benefit to a third party. Similarly, these batches can not be subject to compensation claims.
"The organizer" reserves the right, in case of occurrence of an event beyond its control, including related to its suppliers or unforeseeable circumstances, to replace the advertised lots, by batches of equivalent value. The winner will be informed of any changes.
Article 8: Use of personal data of participants
The information of participants is stored and used by "The Organizer" to store their participation in the competition and permit the award of the lots.
Participants may, for legitimate reasons, oppose that their personal data submitted as part of this game are the subject of treatment. They also have a right to object that they are used for marketing purposes, apart from participation in this competition, they may rely upon registration of their participation in s 'sending a letter to "The organizing" whose address is mentioned in Article 1.

"The organizer" reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify or cancel the competition at any time, particularly in cases of force majeure, it can be claimed without any compensation by the participants.
Article 10: Industrial and intellectual property
The reproduction, representation or exploitation of all or part of the game component elements, these Regulations understood is strictly prohibited.
All trademarks, logos, text, images, videos and other distinctive signs reproduced on the site and on sites to which it allows access through hyperlinks are the exclusive property of their owners and are protected as such by the Code of intellectual property and for the world. Any additional costs required for taking possession of allocations is at the sole responsibility of the winners without that they can not claim any compensation in "The Organizer" or the provider companies or partners.
Article 12: Litigation & Complaint
This Regulation shall be governed by French law.
"The organizer" reserves the right to decide without appeal any difficulty arising as to the interpretation or application of this Regulation, provided that no protest will be accepted including the complete conditions of the game, on the results on earnings or receipt, a month after the end of the game. Except in cases of obvious errors, it is agreed that information resulting from game systems to "The organizing" have probative force in any dispute as to the elements connection and computer processing of such information relating to the game.
